When moving to a new premises or when leaving your old premises an energy transfer document should be filled in together with the previous user or new occupant. Both parties must sign the document.

If there is no new occupant and the meters need to be closed, you should contact your distribution system operator (DSO) to arrange for someone to come and switch off the meters. We will draw up the final invoice after receiving the validated meter data from your DSO.
